REPORT: How your iPhone is making you fat

This is what I found on NYPost.com: Want to lose weight? Put down your iPhone. A new study published in journal Physiology and Behavior found that people who ate while staring at their smartphones consumed more calories than those who focused on their meals. As a part of the study, 62 volunteers between 18 and 28 were presented with a variety of food options, ranging from fruits to junk foods like sweets and soda.  And the results found that diners who used their phones while eating devoured 535 calories more, on average, than the participants who didn’t. REPORT: Iceberg twice the size of NYC set to break off from Antarctica

This is what I found on NYPost.com: Scientists warned Sunday that a massive iceberg will soon calve — or break off — from Antarctica’s Brunt Ice Shelf and they’re increasingly concerned about the “uncertain future” it creates for future research opportunities there.
